Golden Rules

We stand for openness and honesty in everything we do and expect the same from everyone we deal with – our staff, our clients and our wonderful survey takers, like you.

Honesty is the best policy

We’ve been in business for almost 20 years, and we take a strong stand against fraud and always will. With that in mind, we’d like to take this opportunity to remind you of our Golden  Rules:

The 5 Golden Rules

You may only register a single Pureprofile Perks profile via a single Flybuys account

2

You must NOT pretend to be any individual, other than yourself, when setting up your account

3

The country in which you register your account MUST match your country of residence

4

You can ONLY access Pureprofile Perks through your registered FlyBuys account 

5

Tampering, hacking, spoofing or using robots is NOT acceptable

We’re very serious

Breaking any of these rules is a big no-no. If you do, your Pureprofile Perks account could be closed.  And nobody wants that!

We want to be fair

Also, if you try to register multiple accounts, operate an account illegally or cannot confirm your identity, we have the right to suspend or close these accounts and to ban you from ever using Pureprofile Perks again. We seriously don’t want to do that.

Bad behaviour

In case you need more details on what we expect from your survey responses, here’s a quick list of what will make us a bit upset:
