For survey issues

The fastest way to get help is through our in-account Report issue form.

1. Log in to your Pureprofile account

2. Go to your account feed

3. Click "Report issue" in the right-hand menu

Change email address

You can change the email linked to your account in Settings.

How to change your email:

1. Log in to your Pureprofile account

2. Go to Settings → Email

3. Enter your new email and confirm it via the verification email

Unsubscribe from email notifications

You can choose to stop receiving email notifications at any time.

How to unsubscribe:

1. Log in to your Pureprofile account

2. Go to Settings → Email

3. Untoggle the option that says: "Our summary emails keep you up to date with all the activities available in your account. If you don't want to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe."

Close my account and data

You can close your account and request data deletion from Settings.

How to close your account:

1. Log in to your Pureprofile account

2. Go to Settings → Close my account

3. Select Close account
