Your Pureprofile account takes less than a minute to create but delivers a lifetime of value.
Here’s how to build your profile and earn rewards.
Tell us about yourself
We’ll have already asked you the basic ones like your name, age, gender and where you live. This means you can start being matched to paid surveys, video content and other ways to earn.
Head over to your feed and start answering questions about yourself. (To only show profile questions in your feed, you can filter on ‘My profile’ in the menu on the left).
Keep those
answers coming
Once you’ve got the hang of filling out your profile, keep going! The more we know about you, the more activities you’ll receive (and the more rewards you can earn).
Q. What if I don’t want to answer a question?
That’s okay. While we always ensure your information is protected, encrypted and cannot be identified as you, it’s totally up to you how many questions you answer.

View new earning opportunities by scrolling through your feed or by using the filters to view surveys & partner surveys.

Make sure you check your feed and email often. Some paid surveys become unavailable once they’ve reached the number of people we need to take part.
Then it’s time to redeem
How to redeem
Head over to the ‘Rewards’ section, verify your account by SMS or by submitting your bank details and select your reward. There are so many options to choose from like cash, gift cards and movie tickets!
You can redeem whenever you want, as many times as you want (provided you have the minimum required value for your region in your account).
Q. How long does a redemption take to be processed?
Bank and PayPal redemptions can take up to 30 business days (not including weekends or public holidays) to be processed and for the money to be deposited into your account.
Gift cards and Hoyts movie passes may take up to 5 business days to be processed and are subject to approval. Once approved, you will be emailed the confirmation.
